Australian Customer Visits NHB Lighting Showroom for Alabaster Lighting Selection

Aug 05, 2026

On July 31, NHB Lighting welcomed an Australian customer to our showroom for a product visit, new design selection and detailed business discussion.

During the showroom tour, our team introduced a wide range of alabaster lighting products, including chandeliers, pendant lights, wall lamps, rechargeable table lamps and floor lamps. The customer visited different display areas and viewed the actual illuminated samples, allowing her to evaluate the designs, dimensions, materials, finishes and lighting effects more clearly.

Several newly developed alabaster lighting designs attracted the customer’s attention. Our team accompanied her through the showroom and introduced the design features, structures and available options of different products. The customer also examined selected samples closely to better understand the natural alabaster texture, product proportions and overall appearance.

Alabaster is valued for its natural veining and soft light-transmitting effect. When illuminated, each stone element reveals its own unique texture and variation, giving every finished lamp a distinctive appearance. Viewing the physical samples helped the customer better appreciate these natural characteristics and compare different lighting designs.

Based on the requirements of the Australian market, the customer selected several products for further consideration. Both sides discussed possible adjustments to the metal finishes, colors, dimensions and product configurations so that the selected designs could better suit the customer’s projects and sales requirements.

After the showroom tour and initial product selection, we continued the discussion in the meeting area. The main topics included selected models, order quantities, finish colors, electrical specifications and packaging requirements.

Because alabaster is a natural stone material, suitable protective packaging is especially important during international transportation. We discussed packaging solutions according to the dimensions, weight and structure of each product. Reinforced export cartons, internal cushioning materials and wooden frames can be arranged when necessary to improve package stability and protect the alabaster components during handling and long-distance sea transportation.

Australian electrical compliance requirements were another important part of the meeting. The customer requested that the relevant lighting products meet the applicable SAA and RCM requirements for the Australian market. We confirmed that these requirements can be supported according to the final selected models and electrical configurations.

NHB Lighting has previous experience exporting lighting products to Australia. During the meeting, we also showed the customer an existing SAA certificate for reference, helping her better understand our experience in supporting electrical compliance and related documentation. Before production, the applicable certification scope and electrical specifications will be reconfirmed according to the final product selection.

This showroom visit provided an efficient opportunity for both sides to communicate face to face, review actual alabaster lighting samples and clarify the key requirements for future cooperation. The customer gained a clearer understanding of our new designs, customization capabilities, export packaging solutions and support for the Australian market.

We sincerely appreciate our Australian customer’s visit and trust. NHB Lighting will continue to develop new alabaster lighting products and provide flexible customization, reliable export packaging and professional service for customers worldwide.
